Piece for horn and live electronics in collaboration with the horn player Elisabeth Oltra, featuring Sofiia Ennui. It was premiered at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam as part of Elisabeth's final degree recital (06/2023).
The main thread of the piece is based on the search for a rupture as women with the pre-established and traditional rules that continue to enclose us in our fears and our obsession with doing things correctly in the eyes of the outside world.
The live electronic materials are based on the processing of the horn signal, including loops, pitch harmonizing and triggering of samples to help to create the desired atmospheres at any given moment.
